So, does this cover just uniforms and personal equipment; or does it also cover vehicle camouflage?

It appears to be just uniforms.
I must ask @CMOT- you mention Eastern Bloc stuff- how thorough is that section and the Russian section- is it exhaustive or just a few examples? (The Russians have upward of 20 post war patterns and lots of variations of those patterns.)

Uniform Camouflage only is covered in this book and I love it. To cover vehicle camouflage you would likely need a truck to keep the book on.
