Added parts to make a different version.
This is the Vespid utility version

Different equipment on the roof, I presume that all the electronics and optics implies internal changes/additions as well

Hi Robin, the term EKT means Einsatz Kameratrupp. I contains a hi power camera on an elvatable mast. So I guess there is some electronic inside.
