Outstanding! This was on my list to do as a conversion. These old beasts were used by the US throughout the interwar period, in Tunisia, and extensively in the Pacific.

The 11th FA was part of the Hawaiian Division (later 25th Inf Div) at Schofield Barracks, Oahu. Should be an orange Taro Leaf.

Would one of the Hobby Boss White/Corbitt 666 trucks be an appropriate prime mover for this piece?

I believe the 666 was for larger field pieces. All the photos I have seen are with a 4 ton truck. Mirror Models Diamond T is the only one I know of. Maybe someone with more knowledge will respond.

That’s what I was afraid of. Really don’t want to deal with that awful Mirror Models kit. Oh well.

White 666’s towed 90mm AA guns and construction battalion equipment like dozers cranes rollers. Not 155’mm guns/ howitzers.
