Yep, I realised that after you mentioned it. Is this genuine late war vehicle or a “what if”? I can’t recall any mention of them doing this in any of my literature. It’s very nicely done whatever.

Total fiction. It looks like the bastard lovechild of a Sd Kfz 222 and a Sd Kfz 234, but it is neither.

Sorry Gino, it is not total fiction. The lower hull was built and tested, it only needed the turret added to be complete. Panzer Tracts Vol 13:

The modeller’s choice of blanking over the area between fenders is the only thing that is fiction - plus having it ‘in action’.
