Almost certainly a daft question (sorry) but the two models are different, presumably the kit gives you the option of making the turret using styrene or the PE parts, surely it doesn’t give you the orange resin (3D printed? how???) wheels as well does it?
The second model shows the separately available “Upgrade Solutions” that RFM typically offers for most of their kits. Look at the Oct 25 announcement of this kit which shows the upgrade kits.
As a side note , on their m-atv , ive just got def wheels for it , plus the radio gubbins and the photo etch back end , come in around £100 …oofff
