I believe Trevor Hensley was the sculptor of that figure back when he worked at Dibble’s Hobby Shop in San Antonio.
That is a beautiful sculpt and I still thank my lucky star for finding one eons ago on eBay…
I always thought this was a Rosengrant figure.
