Think it’s a pity (common to many editors and books in this format) to have just three lines or so of text on the pic subject. I’m sure there’s allways much, much more to say when looking at these pics.

As a brief example, in the Steyr, the style of wheels and tyres, the early all-steel type body, covered non-opening windscreen, removed doors, flat metal width markers, textile headlight masks… all that provides a point to comment on the evolution, construction and materials of the little truck.

Or in the Magirus Maultier, telling about the type and construction of the front axle and suspension, the water heating lamp device comparment, the cold weather engine and radiator covers, the spoked style of roadwheels, late style wooden cargo body… another start to make for a more interesting text.
