1/72 Russian sailors, need some for Osa boat

Just started building the “I love kit” 1/72 Osa missile boat and can’t find any crew for it!

Any ideas would be appreciated, nice kit, but has a few drawbacks, like NO crew, and NO life buoys and the interior is quite empty….

Unfortunately, while there are quite a few sets of figures of specifically Russian sailors in 1/72, they seem to be ‘sailors engaging in land combat’, not ship crew; you’d probably have better luck looking for generic sailors in that scale like these), and paint them according to common Russian shipboard dress.
