A railroad modeller does tanks?

An interesting video of a railroad modeller who does N Gauge. He scratch-printed “Leopard 2” MBT.

Hermann, cool find.

I can’t remember who makes them but had a model show a year or two ago, on an N scale layout there was a marshall yard full of M1s, Bradleys, and other modern vehicles. They were cast in pewter or something. It was very impressive.

Shouldn’t the extra side armour (reactive armour??) be removed for railroad transport
to reduce the width?

The vehicle is a hybrid of Leopard 1 and 2 parts. 1+2 gives Leopard 3? And the flatcar is NOT a Rlmmps!

Nice.
Ich frage mich nur, wie die Panzer an ihren Standort gelangt sind.

I know he they didn’t take down the fence and drive tanks over the “gehwegsteine.”

Oh - I should have waited! A giant God-like hand comes down from the heavens and picks vehicles off the train and places them in the yard.
Still, very interesting.

Had a quick look at the video and after less than 60 seconds it made me laugh when this guy mentioned that he had 3D printed Leopard 2 tanks and showed them. Well, that are :canada: Leopard C2 Mexas  But I guess this guy does not know the difference between a Leo C2 and a Leo 2.
