Ever since I first saw one at the London International Air Show in the mid-1980s, the B-1B has been a favourite plane of mine. Huge and powerful, but with the lines of a fighter, it looks futuristic even today, I think. That’s why I was so happy to find the Academy 1/144 B-1B a few years ago: Finally, someone made an up-to-date model of the mighty “Bone”!
I couldn’t let it sit in the stash for too long, and once I got into it, I found it a really fun kit to build.
