Anybody buy Border Models 1/35 aircraft?

1/72 (Airfix called it H0/00), or was it 1/76th?
Airfix also sold a few 1/32 scale armour and military vehicles
There was(and is) also 1/87th to combine with railroads (to fit the 1/87th scale used by non-British manufacturers, same track but different scale above the track).
A few kits in 1/40th

In the '50’s, and early '60’s, 1/32 was a standard scale for Renwal armor kits. Revell had a large range of armor kits in 1/40 scale. During the same era, Monogram was releasing “Exact Scale”, or “Identical Scale” armor (probably somewhere between 1/32 and 1/35), then, when Tamiya was producing near-1/35 kits, Monogram inexplicably switched to a new line of 1/32, which eventually failed due to the expanding popularity of 1/35.
The prices printed on the boxes never fail to amuse me…usually around $2 USD, or under!
:grinning: :canada:

Nah,I have no interest in those kits, but with kits and new stuff, more is always better, shows hobby is growing, not going away as some fear.
