Ebay also has this habit.
If I checked an item and then do not bid on it I will get an email from ebay
saying that it is still available, the seller is accepting offers, others are wathcing it, it may soon be gone, yada, yada …
Sometimes when I click on the link I get the ‘Sorry for the interruption …’ spiel.
