You spend more time on removing tje carrier and scafolding from the parts than you do assembling

Thats ss models kit the worst part was the 2 1/2hrs of clean up before i could assemble ,then the one piece tracks proved to be a little difficult adding the suspension arms and roadwheels

I pretty much covered building NATO and non NATO Europewn armor so id figure to focus on S.America
Well, all things considered I’d say you did pretty well!
As an aside, I couldn’t resist ordering their Leopard 2K, so I suspect a similar challenge awaits me.

Thanks i looking at the Leopard 2k prototype as well, iv built well over 20 leopard 2 and i fugured should build where the Leopard 2 began with the prototype

I recently bought the book on Leo 2 by Lobitz:
which whilst expensive (though I managed quite a good price), contains excellent coverage of the various prototypes, including the so-called 2K variant; I couldn’t resist that sponson-mounted 20mm:
which, and I’ve mentioned it elsewhere, seem to be back in fashion these days, albeit referred to as “Remote Weapon Stations”; perhaps these designers from the 60s/70s were on to something?

My TAM 2 showed up yesterday and at first glance the detail looks great, especially on the tracks. This will be my first 3D printed kit so I’m wide open expectations-wise.
