do we know if Roy Sutherland d.b.a. Barracuda Studios [https://barracudacals.com/\] is still in business? i placed an order a week or so ago, got a ‘your order is being shipped’ reply the same day, and repeated requests for tracking information have gone unanswered.
my next step is Bank of America VISA Fraud Division complaint.
any input appreciated; thanks
