I’ll be on an extended trip to Mainland Europe in Q1 of 2026. Any recommendations for best brick and mortar shops to visit?? How about best online EU shops?? Thanks in advance.

Based out of Belgium and Netherlands.
But side quests are possible if it’s worth a train ride.

I don’t have the upto date locations , but some websites , have listed shops on them and I’m sure some of the Admin, have shops they regularly use close to were you are going.
