I feel the same way. I never wanted to ruin my 35mm SLR on an FTX. The dust certainly would have killed it. I should have bought a cheap plastic Kodak 126 (the negatives are almost 35mm) but that never crossed my mind in the PX. Reference photos? But I’ll remember ALL of this…(right?).

Exactly, camera would just be one more thing to carry and take care of, and who would want photos of vehicles, markings, weapons and uniforms…me, 40/50 years later!
