British Expeditionary Force,Norway 1940. 1/35

Here is two British soldiers from the fighting in Northern Norway in the spring of 1940. One is fixed to a big piece of naval gun shrapnel from a village just outside Narvik which the Brits shelled heavily, killing several civillians. The other one is a Bren gunner and is mounted on a small pile of .303s fired from a Brengun during the fightings around the Polar Circle :slight_smile:

I just can’t get enough of the battlefield shrapnel and things you use for bases! always gives me ideas. :+1:
