I have seen enough illustrations of them but one problem. I haven’t seen them fully equipped with backpacks, save for a distant photograph where you cannot see the details. Is there any illustration I haven’t found yet?
What I have seen is that they had a bag as backpack, but like the Soviets had in WW2.
I also read (Korean conflict) they had a logisticstrain, where everything was supposed to be brought up to the front… however well that worked.
The irony is that none of the kit figures I’ve seen show them with backpacks.
