I was stationed in GA for two Christmas and it is nice weather.

Damn right, but it was only hovering around a chilly 90°F yesterday (Xmas Day) here (Canberra) so it wasn’t necessary to float turkey salads in the pool. In Oz we embrace all climates, in Alice Springs it’s 100F and snowing in Tasmania.
