There are several different ways for people to reach out to us. Here are some of them.
Forums
You can create a new message here in the User Support forum. Please put which site you are having an issue with (Armorama, AeroScale, Forum, etc.) and as much detail about the problem as you can.
Alternately if you want to privately reach out you can message either myself, a staff member, or the forum moderators as a group. You can do that via the @tag below.
And direct that message at a particular staff member or @moderators.
Content Sites
You can reach myself via email at publisher@kitmaker.net. However I do get a ton of email so this isn’t always ideal.
News can still be sent to sites via the news@ email addresses we have always used. Content providers are encouraged to use the new direct submission forms we have on the sites.
I will update this as needed.
