New figure set dedicated to German Waffen-SS infantrymen marching during the early years of the Second World War.
Like so many new 3d sets, this one looks not quite worked out. Boots appear thick; I’ve never seen stick grenades carried in the E-tool assembly. No foliage loops on the helmet covers. Two or three lower bodies just switched around.Pointing German, please, not one more. Maybe if we saw a pic of the ACTUAL figures, a more accurate impression could be seen, but this weak rendering is all that they let their potential customers see. Same for the separate figures on their site. With all the options out there, why would I want a set with 3 pairs of recycled pants? They couldn’t all be different? Looking at pics of marching figures, there is still a lot of range over how the drapery fell and folded on the trousers. Good potential, but not there yet.
Another set of Germans…

Every German soldier from WW2 must, by now, have two copies, at least one pointing!
For some reason, certainly commercial, Alied troops are less produced.
To hand in an idea:
Afro-American troops,
North African troops
Drivers for the GMC trucks
Indian troops
Just to mention a few!
To be honest, I think they’re a nice set, but then WW2 Germans are my stock in trade. I’m sure they will be popular, as WW2 Germans are one of, if not the subjects most built worldwide and especially in the Far East. I can’t think off the top of my head of a similar set of early war SS in smocks marching in this way although there are odd figures. Having said that, I assume that if they’re 3D printed a set of eight is going to be around £100+, so I probably won’t be buying them. The guy with the ammo box looks a bit awkward, on most soldiers the weight of 200 rounds means the box will pull the arm close to the body.
They look like chinese toys. The author should read some books before diving into topics like this with his greedy hands just to cash in on a popular trend.
