Fighting 48th Comet Mk.I finally finished!

I just realised that I hadn’t put any pictures up here since my original post on this model back in 2022!

Here it is finally finished! A combination of AK Real Colors and Mig acrylics were used for the base colours, AK weathering pencils and oils for the dust and grime and Mig pigments for the dirt and mud.

That really looks good. did you scratch build the camo netting?

You know it’s interesting, I just finished building 6 of these for “Clash of Steel” and I didn’t know this tank existed. So, it’s nice seeing one built.

Hi, yes the camo netting is surgical gauze with strips of self-adhesive foil tape used for the hessian strips, all held in place with diluted PVA. After the glue hardened, I trimmed the bottom edges to look ragged.
