Figure Suggestions Please

I recently got my hands on a Tamiya 1/35 20mm Flakvierling kit, the one with the winter camo and soldiers.

I want to put it in a summer diorama, so I’m asking for suggestions for a summer crew to put on it. I would prefer a more ‘at rest’ crew than action poses. Resin or plastic, doesn’t matter. Any ideas are appreciated.
