Forcing An Unfinished Superplane Into Combat: Focke Wulf Ta 152

Excellent content but the narration is painfully slow. Listen at 1.5x speed unless one likes narration at a very slow pace like the Sloth in Zootopia.

You would be amazed at how many YouTube videos are significantly improved by playing them at 1.25x or 1.5x speed. Some are dicey – the narration for the Australian Armor and Artillery museum restoration videos gets close to being too fast at 1.5x, but I’ve found a few scattered around the site where even 2x only produces a normal speaking rate.

The Focke Wulf 190 is one of my favorite World War II aircraft. I have 1:33 scale card models of the A-8, D-9, and Ta 152. With Border Model now in the 1/35 scale aircraft business, I hope to build a squadron or two of plastic Focke Wulfs over the next decade.

That video was okay. I enjoy Greg’s Airplanes for coverage of World War II aircraft. Greg is a real pilot and gets very technical in his analysis. If something does not make sense, watch some of his earlier videos. He does an excellent job explaining things like drag and superchargers.

Thanks! Will check that video out.

Back in the 1990’s in “Aces Over Europe” videogame the D9 & P-47 quickly became a running favorites.
