Anyone else noticed they’ve merged two 3D renders into one ?

Heh, that’s hilarious. They’ll want to fix that quick; it makes it hard to trust the final product will be accurate.

I have seen short videos on YouTube of tracked tractors with dozer blades where the hydraulic arms come up straight through the tracks while the
bulldozer is moving. An amazing feat of engineering getting those track links to flow so smoothly past the hydraulic rams.
Those side support legs probably use the same technology to be able to use the same 3D-space as the track links.

I was thinking, sweet, more options for M113 variants until i noticed “ based on Dragon toolings”

Depends on which Dragon parts they are using …

Sorry, calling the ‘AI POLICE’ on this one. :oncoming_police_car:

CAD-editing mistake.
Take the whole launcher design (forget to remove the wheels and the stabilising legs) and merge it into the carrier design so that the bottom of the box rests on the carriers load bed.
“Hey Boss! I just finished the render for the tracked carrier”
(oh f–k, I forgot to remove the wheels and the legs, oopsss)

I seem to recall that when the Dragon SP version came out, it was charged as wrong as they simply bolted on the complete launch system from the ground version. I think this is true – I can’t quite remember. I purchased it almost immediately and is obviously languishing in the stash. Has anyone ever produced a list/guide to what is actually adrift, and what the fixes might be?

My personal aim probably being something akin to this:

That MASSTER pattern sure looks handpainted over the olivgreen. The strange curves on the green under the door, the green slits inbetween panels.

Sand & brown over green & black?

Well, MASSTER was a hand-painted colour shceme.

I hope the tires represented on the towed version aren’t correct. Look smaller than on box art.

Oh my goodness gracious! I cannot believe the designer did that!

I have no idea what is wrong with that thing.

Oh, wait. Michael made a picture and added some crayon marks so now I understand. Maybe.

I added some “interference” areas to Michaels edited image

Funny, I opened this late last night & noticed the wheels, but not the outriggers

My immediate thought was with this you’re half way to Tracked Rapier, but second thoughts, maybe a third?

Yeah. Once I saw the tires and other Borg accessories growing out of that poor vehicle, I figured it was done for.

Obviously they are Dragon Molds

Foreart has corrected the images and they have been updated here as well:

Right, but this is still an incorrect depiction isn’t it of the real deal?
