Main Body.
I Googled ‘Kalmar’ since I was curious about the companys history.
Lots of companies buying others and getting bought but the name Kalmar
comes from the Swedish town Kalmar. A local company, Kalmar Verkstad AB,
bought a cargo handling truck company founded by three brothers on a farm
near Ljungby (another small Swedish town). Eventually it all ended up in Cargotec
together with a bunch of other cargo handling companies but they kept the name.
Since I had been doing this Googling I get ads from Kalmar Industries when I watch
YouTube videos. Google seems to believe that I own/operate a whole fleet of Kalmar
cargo handlers.

Not any area I am usually interested in, but it looks a fantastic build and superbly weathered and finished, very impressive
