I won’t spend that money on a conversion for such a poor base. The whole running gear is only worth being sent to the bin.
I don’t understand why Gasoline do not offer a replacement for this. At least a set of correct tracks.

Not at this scale Robert. Gasoline is specialized in quarter scale models.
