This information is mainly for German/European members. USAG Bavaria announced that this years German-American Volksfest has been cancelled. The last two years it was cancelled because of COVID19, this year it´s because of the f… war in Ukraine. 
It is obvious that the military can´t show their latest equipment when a war is going on. Instead the have a little Volksfest with beertent and and joyrides outside the garrison. Thank you Mr. Putin! 
Seems like a cop out excuse by them. Neither force is engaged in combat with Russia. There is always combat going on either directly or via proxy. Oh well, sorry to hear that for you.
We used to call them-“German American fistfight fests”.
