Scalemates has the truck as rebox of their 2016 GAZ-AAA. Don’t know much about that kit.

I bought TANK´s quadruple Maxim AA-guns for this truck. Its made of resin and PE and looks good. There are also helpful drawings inside about where the cooling hoses have to run. There is also a nice resin crew set for this gun consisting of three women.

I built HBs GAZ AA and the front axel was a bear to get on the frame and be level.
