Glad you like my work.
A YKW version would indeed be feasible. It would look something like the M60 in this picture.
Original tracks but a M2 on the barrel and an Urdan cupola.
Todays photo shows the turret with all the Blazer ERA modules in place. Turret lifting eyes are also present. Next step is a tarp made from white glue soaked napkin in the “open hole” in the turret stowage basket, the final brackets for the turret stowage racks on the turret side and the etched parts on the loaders hatch. The last two ERA bricks (or the first two from the turret basket) have been particular difficult to mount, as the turret bends both horisontally and vertically. Also the turret is not symmetrical in the lenght axis which made aligning the lifting eyes “interesting”.
But still, this is so much fun, though a lot more difficult, than I had anticipated.
