My Dad was a R.E.M.E driver mechanic with the British army from 1939 to 1945. He served in North Africa, NW Europe and Germany and was one of the original desert “rats”. An army is a team whose multiple units must work as one.
Without these tank repair crews there are no tanks, full stop!
Thank you so much for highlighting the work of these crews.
