It is an M1120A4 LHS (Load Handling System) with an M1076 PLST (Palletized Load System Trailer).
An M1120A2 LHS is already available from both Trumpeter (better kit) and Italeri. The M1076 PLST is currently available as an AM item from MMK models. The M1076 PLST is supposed to be available from Trumpeter (I Love Kit) soon as a combo with an M1074 PLS truck (lengthened LHS with an extra axle and heavier capacity).
Hopefully they will offer the M1076 PLST as a separate kit … and come out with an A4 HEMTT as well.
