Thanks for posting pics Dan. Some amazing models. Had a good laugh at “Scrambled MiG”.

I was shocked on the amount as well.

Was there a decal sheet included?

If you entered a model you got a packet that had a 1/48 decal sheet along with a few other goodies.

It was the first thing I noticed too. $20 bucks is alot just to get in!

$20 for general admission is double the going rate for multi - day model shows in the US.
A venue of this size costs $25,000 or more. The going rate for vendor tables is $10 a foot - $80 per 8 foot table, and vendors will tell you to go screw if you charge any higher.
I don’t know their economic model but they have to at least break even.
I know this because I run a multi day model show in the US.

I see your from Conn. are you involved in the Danbury /Southbury shows ? I went to Danbury one for years, But havent since co vid and I moved to the Jersey shore . I always enjoyed that show. Do you know of any In South Jersey ? I understand why the fee is so high , but Its still high for seniors .

Yes Lou I run Armorcon. Thanks for attending all those years. I know Armorcon is much smaller than IPMS Nats, but I know hotel prices and the logistics are the same. $20 is too high. The closest show to you is Mosquitocon.
