Italeri M978 1:35

Hi all
Model finished few weeks ago, it’s basic Italeri kit and everyone knows what they are.
I have added CPK from MMK models and scratchbuild fuel transfer compartment.
Resin Wheels.

You should be well happy with that… It looks superb… The rear scratch built transfer area is pretty amazing.

Looks very nice. Great job on the scratch work. I have the Italeri tank sprue, Pro Art rear pump unit set, along w/a Trumpeter M1120 frame and M983 kit that I plan to bash together as an M978 as well.

One pointer, the rear doors should open up, not to the sides.

Hi
There was a small batch of vehicles, I think 3 that had additional armour added to the fuel doghouse and door had hinges changed to open on the side.
Got pictures from Tankograd book that I based my build on.
Can post tomorrow if you want.

It looks amazing.

Awesome scratch building!
Are you the guy that posted about the hooded lights few months back? If so they turned out really well.

I’m not a soft skin guy; but I love this this. You’ve done a great job of scratching, painting and weathering.
