Japanese trophies in 1/35 scale

We have started to create a project that will feature trophies that belonged to the Japanese army that were collected on the battlefield.

Japanese kettles. There are variants with and without a handle (you can make one yourself from wire). A few crumpled kettles will also be included in the set.
The woks can be scattered around the diorama or made into a mountain.

Wow that is some really nice stuff there. A lot of potential for vignettes and dioramas.

For some reason looking at the two stacks on the left of the picture is making me feel depressed. It must be my age…

I have seen such stacks of helmets in real photos and ordered their exact models to a 3D sculptor.

a couple of bullet holes on one of those helmets and have a Marine holding it, with an officer’s katana on his belt, maybe a flag tied to his belt as well…

The historical accuracy was not the issue, he was making a different 1:1 comparison.
