Waiting for bits and pieces for the Spitfires I’m working on so broke open my BF-109D kit. What colors were used on Kondor Legion 109s. Common concensus seems to be RLM 63 grey over RLM65 lt. blue. I’ve heard reference to RLM 62 green and a splinter pattern of RLM 63 (or 02) and RLM 62. All photos I’ve seen seem to be RLM 63 … very light color. Were the green & camo schemes from the Wolkenkuckucksheim detatchment or for some reason not photoed?
