The rumor in the US Army was that the C-Rations and MRE’s had salt peter put in them so that you couldn’t perform even if you wanted to.

Unfortunately, I think the separate PE and resin wheel set is OOP and no longer available. I do agree, though, that the molded wire wheels really do look good!
Thank you, Michael. Personally, I think that the molded wheels look better than PE ones would’ve. The PE spokes would’ve been flat as opposed to the round plastic spokes, and wouldn’t be much thinner.

Thanks, Alberto. The color is Tamiya XF-23 straight out of the bottle for the base coat, and lightened a little for dry-brushing and highlights.
