The ribs are way overdone. They look like wood strips were nailed to the wings. The fabric should also have a VERY slight catenary effect between the ribs. I would buy a Roland D.III if mdesign would present a realistic accurate appearance like Lukgraph.
I just now tried to buy this kit. Seems to only be on sale on German eBay and they won’t post to the UK. Shame.

Some fine sandpaper should be able to reduce the ribs and make them more realistic
