I’m pretty sure his name was Howie and lived in either Nevada or Utah. From my old format posting, “Culling the Herd” he bought some kits and all my railroad kits. Unfortunately, the rails for a Dragon flat car didn’t make into the box. Well, I am packing to move to a new house and found the missing rails and want to make our transaction right.

if he paid you using PayPal, you might find the transaction details there and possibly his email address.
Alas, no PayPal used.
