Hi guys,
I’'m in the proces of painting a M113a1 with the 7th Army scheme ( Masster scheme ) and i was wondering what color the inside of the rear ramp is.
Is it Sea Foam green or just green ( dark or light ?

It should be a very light green if memory serves me!

Granted, these aren’t all A1’s but that’s not going to make a difference, I would think.

I found a link in this site to a picture album with pictures of the 7th army in de seventies.
It seems that some units even painted the inside of the cargo hatch and rear ramp in camouflage, so i’ll go for that.

The ramp and hatch interior colors are painted in the same color(s) as the exterior from the factory. Never in white or Sea Foam Green. Older camo patterns such as MASSTER & MERDC are added by the crew if one is painted on there.
