As far as I know, the Stabilized Commander’s Weapon Station came around 2010-12 timeframe. I do not think it’s like a USMC’s counterpart to CROWS. Some discussions about it a few years back here (You were in it, too): https://archive.armorama.com/forums/254328-page=2.htm
