anyone done this? I’m using the hairspray technique to make a weathered bed of a rail car, but the sides are a different color. I can either paint and mask the sides (which will be hard I think), or paint and do the hairspray technique and put the final coat on it, then beat it up, then mask all of that and paint the sides. I’m worried after the hairspray goes down it will be more susceptible to being pulled up by the mask…
