New #MiniArt Kit Coming Soon: 35496 BRITISH TANK RIDERS NW EUROPE. RESIN HEADS
I like the moustache on the sergeant, but section commanders were usually corporals.
What I do like is that they appear to be kitted out with the Mk III helmet, although the modeler appears to have stuck them on back to front.
This does mean they are suitable for immediate Post War or at least up until 1949 when a new BD was introduced.
For a Post War scenario they’d look pretty good, say, on an early Centurion.
The Mk III metamorphosed into the Mk IV in the 50s so with a uniform conversion these could be useful up to, and including the Berlin crisis of the early 1960s. It would be a lot of work mind(!)
