It’s the old one,

It took me sometime to get it done.
The interior is partially done, but I had issues with the turret couldn’t get the main gun interior parts done properly so that’s why I had to close the hatches. But that could also be my own fault during the build, but I found 2 issues :

  • the thin parts like the fuel lines piping are impossible to clean up and cut from the sprues without breaking them apart
  • Tow cables in plastic needed to be heated up with hot water or hair dryer to get the plastic into shape… they break up, get some Eureka AM cables or scratch them..

But with some patience you can manage into getting a decent looking build, the instructions are good, fitting, texture on the turret is good too. There’s detail everywhere.

Planning on getting one and doing it with N.Vietnamese markings

Keith, they were not exported to North Vietnam,
You could always do a "What-If " version, no problems.. just have fun building and painting it.

That was the point

Yeah those thin parts that Miniart likes are such PITA to clean.

.. usually I got a ratio of 60-40 % of breaking them … ( 60 for breaking… :joy: )

That’s fine , I mean that’s the objective here, having fun building stuff.
I was just pointing that just in case you were aiming for Historical Accuracy Keith !

Looking forward to see yours on the bench with some battle damage, maybe some ambush camo schemes !!

I haven’t actually gotten it yet, But it is on My Wish List; Right now, I’m collecting US/NVA Armor kits from the Vietnam War; My stash just keeps getting bigger.
