Model T Draisine Driver

I do have the figure and a Model T staff car. I did see a Model T ambulance being fitted with said figure as the driver, but what specifically was that figure designed for in the first place? The ambulance in question, or any Model T used during the Great War? I’m assuming the clothes are not necessarily an official military uniform, based on the pictures I have seen in my Osprey books.

I’ll answer my own question. A “draisine” is a motorcar or similar fitted to drive on metal wheels along railroad tracks. I have seen a picture of such a vehicle pulling ammunition trailers to frontline cannons. Ironically there are no Model T draisine kits out. Yet. Maybe ICM will correct this soon.
