Interesting location to pixelate on the Mi-8/17.
The pixelation is probably the squadron mascot or logo.
I like the gyro-cam if that’s what it is. But how dare anyone post that image. It has nothing to do with modeling or armor. Although it may have the cheek armor - it’s hard to tell…

The gyro cam looks to be a flir system. It does appear to have cheek armor.

That would be a fairly easy conversion to do from Zvezda’s UAZ kit I posted a while back. You wouldn’t even have to be that careful with the rear panel from the looks of the picture!! I’m sure someone does PKM’s for the armament.

I guess it could be the very same UAZ . In both cases, the air vent near the passenger door has been taped over…
Another option for the UAZ . The M60 should be easy to find
