L’armée française n’utilise pas de M 16 mais des Clairons comme armes portatives. Il faut revoir votre copie.

French Army fielded H&K 416 rifles to replace the FAMAS. The 416 resembles the M16/M4 but with a different mechanism.

Those uniforms look kinda loose fitting compared to all the French soldiers that I ever crossed paths with…

@Gaetan The French Army uses different models of the HK 416 short barrel versions for vehicle crews and long barrel versions for infantry troops. These are the rifles represented on these figures, not M4 or M16.
@Stikpusher French uniforms are quite varied, and the new standard-issue ones are much looser than the older versions.
Here are a few reference photos we used while sculpting these figures.
