Idle speculation - there are already 3 X Tongde RC M113 variants - ACAV, M113A2 & MRV (Scorpion turret) - they released 3 at once

Up till now the only 577 was the Tamiya kit finally something new and with an interior to boot.
I’m seeing IDF versions running the full timeline of their service here..

Perhaps Takom will go “all in” and give us an M132 Zippo track with the proper interior. And maybe a 4-deuce mortar track. And from the latter maybe the version with the 120mm mortar. Who knows?
Someone suggested this may be a co-production between Takom and AFV Club. I think that’s highly unlikely considering the different nations where the manufacturers are located.

I took a whole walk around of the slat while in Iraq, with a lot of close up detail shots of how it mounts. Tried to pimp it out but no takers. I didn’t try Takom though.

Great you have those detail shots. Now that Takom is releasing these in 1/35, they might be interested in your walkaround. Would be nice to finally get one with the slat armor.

I’m always looking forward to seeing an M1064 120mm mortar carrier. Getting your hands on the old Tamiya M106A1 is a dog. Too expensive for what you get.
Yes! I know there’s a resin conversion kit out there, but I would prefer to get a full kit instead.
