For newcomers to this topic, it might be fruitful to present a full list of what you actually get in this huge 1000+ part kit.
The obvious starting point is the Oshkosh PLS (see above), in service with the US Army the M1074 (M1075 without the crane).
The next item is the M1076 PLS Trailer.
What is not so obvious is that the kit also contains two more items, namely the M1077 Flatrack (below the ISO 20 feet container) and
the M1 “ISO COMPATIBLE PALLETIZED FLATRACK (IPF)”
The M1 is also available from the company MMK, see above.
So all in all, you actually get four kits in this deal

The last picture is so interesting from a modelling perspective. Three huge vehicles in action, the PLS wheels are in three different colours, the suspension of the PLS is articulated, the crew cab is armoured, the M1077 flatrack is damaged 
It will however require a lot of room to display…

Now that the M1074 is available, anyone want to split the kit? I don’t need the truck since I converted one, but I would like the M1076 PLST. Let me know if anyone is interested.

FYI - According to my niece this massive container handling vehicle was referred to as the Kalmar by Terex: Photos by Kimberly Welch - Army Corps of Engineers.

I am not sure what you are talking about. Kalmar is a brand and Terex is a brand. They are different brands.
It is called a Reach Stacker
It is like naming it a Volkswagen by DODGE or a BMW by Ford …

It´s officially Rough Terrain Container Handler or RTCH. It is build by KALMAR company from Sweden as RT 240. A MASSIVE vehicle.
