That is crazy!

HAHAHAHAHAH!

There is a place in San Francisco that offers a similar service. You enter a special room and have your entire body photographed from many directions. A computer and machinery then turn the pictures into an action figure. The machines even paints it! That service is at least 5 years old. Software for turning people in photos into 3D objects is at least a decade old. I am not even slightly surprised to see this.

A buddy of mine made a bobblehead of me a couple years back it’s on the shelf and is pretty realistic but he’ll a figure of myself back in the day ? Or a bust in 1/10th.. hmmm 2nd mortgage or not the second mortgage that is the question

This technology has another interesting application. If you have a war time picture of a relative, you could use it to create a miniature of the person, then use the miniature in a tribute piece or diorama. It is essentially the same as having a statue made, just on a smaller scale.

Of course, the same technology may be used to make a miniature of anyone or anything under any circumstance as long as a picture exists.

If you’re doing dioramas with you in them, they’re easier than trying to do you by yourself.
